Karina is an Operations & Systems Strategist who blends 15 years of experience across emerging technologies, digital operations, and project management. She has worked inside tech startups, experiential marketing agencies, and even spent time as a 911 Dispatcher — which all taught her what it takes to build operations that hold under pressure.

Her strategy and brand, Nervousystems, is based on the belief that technology should be simple, feel invisible, and work with humans (not replace them). Her approach is human-centred and deeply practical, because she believes the best systems are the kind that truly support your business and life.

My process has four stages: Audit, Optimise, Build, and Manage. I look at the full backend of your business — your tools, workflows, processes, and systems — and identify where things are breaking down. My two core areas are backend operations (your internal systems and workflows) and the front-end client journey (how your clients experience working with you). The result is a business that runs efficiently behind the scenes, without you being the bottleneck.

I work with online founders and business owners in health, wellness, and creative industries — such as coaches, educators, agency owners, and creative entrepreneurs — who are growing fast but whose backend hasn't kept up. If you're the bottleneck in your own business, we're a great fit.
